Salesforce Admin Associate (Remote)

Preferable Location: Manila   |   Full Time

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Salesforce CRM Admin Associate to join our team remotely. The Salesforce CRM Admin Associate will help with the day-to-day running of our Salesforce CRM system, providing support, maintenance, and improvements to the team. They will work closely with various department leaders to manage and implement new processes and optimize the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for Salesforce and a desire to gain more experience in building strategic implementations on a global scale.


This is a remote, full-time, Philippines-based position that requires working night hours from 10 pm - 6 am PHT.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative Salesforce functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, page layout updates, and other routine tasks

  • Work with key stakeholders and end-users to gather, understand, and define/document business requirements.

  • Assist in training team members and help grow the Salesforce skillset across the global organization

  • Deliver projects and implementations that support business objectives by gathering requirements and building declarative solutions

  • Build Salesforce campaigns

  • Support the day to day management of the platform


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator

  • Knowledge around reporting and dashboards

  • Basic HTML knowledge

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or any other SFDC Certifications.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle, and prioritize simultaneous requests

  • Strong data management abilities

  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively

  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes

  • Understands the platform, best practices, and functionality, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity

  • Familiarity with connecting to other Salesforce products and third party apps i.e. Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce for Gmail,Slack, Zoom, Calendly, Sales Navigator etc.
