Marketing Manager (Remote)

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for amplifying and enhancing the brand, building authentic and long-lasting relationships with current customers, and engaging a broader audience to help drive customer acquisition. They will act as our brand champion and ensure we deliver a compelling and consistent brand narrative across all channels and Visit.org customer experiences.

The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder. Working with the wider sales, marketing, and product teams across the business, the Brand & Marketing Manager will be the guardian of brand messaging, design, and tone of voice across the business. The ideal candidate will be able to provide guidance on best practices across a range of mediums, have a strong creative skill set, and a firm grasp of brand strategy.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and ensure that Visit.org’s brand values and pillars are clearly and effectively communicated across all channels, including but not limited to product, digital, media, PR, and customer-facing virtual events.

  • Build a consistent, recognizable brand and customer experience for participants of Visit.org’s virtual social impact experiences.

  • Work across product and operations providing insights that will influence our product roadmap, and help our team succeed.

  • Creating well-written, creative, on-brand, effective campaigns that span across channels with captivating creative and go-to-market plans that bring our stories to life both on owned and paid channels.

  • Design, develop and update sales & marketing content in the form of presentations, reports, sales aids, and factsheets.

  • Be a brand guardian, with a strong point of view on copy, design, and creative approach across all mediums.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing; some high-growth operations or startup experience and growing brands at top companies and with consumer brands that have a global impact.

  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and digital campaigns in idea creation, passionate about ideas, words, and design.

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance multiple projects effectively.

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity. 

  • Ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape.

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

  • Strong writing acumen (i.e., storytelling, messaging, brand guidelines copy).

  • Comfortable with ambiguity: We are a fast-growing business that is going through an exciting period of change. The individual coming into this role should be comfortable with some ‘unknowns’ and relish the prospect of shaping future thinking.
