CRM Administrator (Remote based in PH)

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious CRM Administrator to join our remote team. The right candidate will act as the main CRM support and solutions lead by providing technical assistance, implementing efficiency-driven solutions, maintaining data quality, and delivering insights to enhance business performance. Please note: This is a remote contract role (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) Philippines-based. The work schedule is 9 pm to 5 am PHT.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related questions, troubleshooting, and technical support across the business.

  • Work closely with different business units to understand their needs, capture requirements, and implement CRM solutions that improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain data quality, integrity, and cleanliness by monitoring data entry, performing regular data audits, and resolving duplicates or anomalies.

  • Analyze CRM data to provide insights on operations, productivity, and business performance.

  • Identify and implement business process improvements and system enhancements, including automation of routine tasks.

  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments on CRM-related projects, enhancements, and new feature rollouts.

  • Participate in the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests and special projects.

  • Develop, define, and document CRM procedures, processes, and best practices for system use and data management.

  • Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for end users, including onboarding new users and providing ongoing education.

  • Stay updated on CRM system releases, features, and industry best practices, making recommendations for improvements as needed.

  • Provide feedback and proactive suggestions to management for optimizing CRM utilization and supporting business goals.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM management and administration (HubSpot preferred)

  • Demonstrated experience as the primary architect of a CRM platform, including designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows, data structures, and integrations to support business objectives.

  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams, including CRM or cross-functional project teams, to deliver system enhancements and support organizational goals.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to train, support, and collaborate with users across multiple departments.

  • Experience with API integrations and third-party tool management is a plus.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
