Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Director of Supply to join our team remotely. The Director of Supply will own all Supply-side development and ongoing performance, working extremely closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Ops partners. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder. The Director of Supply will plan and execute growth strategies to build a compelling, data-driven business case for targeting industry verticals and research categories on the supply or demand side.

You will own the supply side and be leading efforts that build the future through compelling, data-driven business cases for growth strategies
Assess the operational and financial impacts of set strategies, and implement based on data
Use analysis to figure out scalable solutions to grow the business with potential market opportunities and determine impacts
Assist in refining selling propositions based on a data-driven sales case for prospective partnerships
Responsible for building the playbook, implementing new strategies, and ramping the execution teams
Create compelling business cases based on both quantitative and qualitative insights
Own Supply-side products including development and ongoing performance, working extremely closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations partners
Moving initiatives forward through ambiguity
You have 8+ years of relevant cross-functional experience who thrives on complexity
Highly experienced in relationship building and understanding of the unique needs of nonprofits
Able to define and analyze problems, collect and understand pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and implement corrective actions
Track record of success scaling teams, ability to manage cross-functional interests, projects, and processes in new or challenging environments
Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to analyze data for problem-solving
Experience hiring and developing a team
Navigate ambiguity to come up action plans
Optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and scalability
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
