Global Demand Generation Manager (Remote located in Philippines)

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Global Demand Generation Manager to join our remote team. This position will own and execute the global supply-side lead generation strategy. This role requires a data-driven professional with expertise in lead generation systems and process automation to drive scalable expansion of the supply partnership pipeline. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment. 


Please note: This remote role is a contract position (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) that is based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will work from 4 am Eastern time to 12 pm Eastern time. There is some flexibility with the schedule.

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with the VP of Supply to define KPIs, set performance targets, and lead the development of a strategic roadmap for scalable and sustainable lead generation growth.

  • Own and execute the global supply-side lead generation strategy with a strong focus on mission-aligned nonprofits and social impact organization

  • Design and maintain scalable, automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and global compliance.

  • Leverage CRM platforms, AI tools, and automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve targeting efficiency

  • Oversee and execute the vetting process to ensure prospective partners are legitimate, compliant with global standards, and fraud-free.

  • Develop standardized vetting frameworks and continuously improve them in response to regulatory and market changes.

  • Lead data-driven decision-making by developing performance dashboards, conducting root-cause analysis of pipeline metrics, and delivering actionable insights to improve conversion rates and team efficiency.

  • Perform hands-on lead generation activities, including research, outreach, and pipeline management as needed.

  • Oversee the global supply lead generation team and as-needed based contractors, providing mentorship and upskilling team members in best practices for lead generation and compliance.

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptation.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations

  • Strong experience using HubSpot and other CRM or lead management tools

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation

  • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows

  • Ability to manage teams, including full-time staff and contractors, effectively
