Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Head of Marketing Growth & Strategy to join our remote team. The Head of Marketing Growth & Strategy will be responsible for all functions related to growth marketing and branding.  The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment. This will be a key contributor to Visit.org’s growth and help our corporate partners greatly improve their HR, CSR, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own the sales pipeline number and focus on lead generation - drive demand from qualified prospects to engaged customers

  • Live and breathe our brand, working to clearly develop, solidify, and storytell our organization’s mission to the masses.

  • Work closely with CEO and senior leadership team to establish and build best-in-class GTM growth plan, including brand awareness and engagement

  • Own all externally-facing communications and PR: day-to-day duties may include writing press releases, liaising with local and national press, coordinating positive messaging to be deployed on social media, print, and any other relevant channels.

  • Build and manage the existing marketing team and branding strategy and budget, tracking ROI on all projects and campaigns (digital, social, etc.)

  • Oversee all brand campaigns, social content, and other relevant channels to ensure alignment and articulation of our positioning, perspective, look, feel, and goals

  • Deep knowledge of how to use digital & offline channels and tools to grow customer base, create community-driven content and build a brand

  • Make data-driven decisions and establish metrics approach to brand-building strategies

  • Utilize business-minded approach to create clear team priorities while working within a finite department budget and limited team bandwidth 

  • Work to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans that drive accelerated revenue growth with and through partners


Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience on both agency and brand sides

  • Significant experience in growth marketing specifically, including go-to-market strategies, utilization of digital and social channels to increase brand awareness, and focus on lead generation and building healthy sales pipelines

  • Experience at a rapidly growing startup company, with “roll up your sleeves” mentality, an understanding of ambiguity, and ability to shift priorities as needed

  • High attention to detail, even under urgent or high-pressure circumstances

  • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology

Salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 DOE; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A range of benefits may include bonus, equity, healthcare benefits, paid time off may be provided as part of the compensation package.
