Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote located in PH)

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote located in Philippines) to join our remote team. The  Talent Acquisition Associate will oversee full-cycle recruiting and create strong talent pipelines for the company’s hiring needs.  The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment. 


Please note: This is a remote contract role (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) Philippines-based. The work schedule is 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Responsibilities: 

  • Focus on full life cycle sourcing and recruiting

  • Manage all phases of recruitment, including sourcing and developing a talent pipeline

  • Provide exceptional candidate experience as you host candidates throughout the interview process

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates

  • Perform other admin duties as assigned

  • Successfully onboard new hires


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as a Recruiter, ideally in a high-volume fast-paced environment or recruitment agency

  • Excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and an ability to prioritize projects and adapt to changes

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Interview and assessment skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities in recruiting 

  • High comfort level using different applicant tracking systems

  • Utilize a variety of recruiting channels to identify and attract top talent globally 

  • Manage the full recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience

  • A focus on Inclusion & Diversity in all aspects of sourcing and attracting talent

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment 

  • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology
