Lead Generation Operations Associate, (Remote Located in PH)

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Lead Generation Operations Associate to join our team. The Lead Generation Operations Associate will be responsible for email prospecting, qualifying, and processing marketing leads for the Sales team and generating summarized reports of their key findings. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment. 


Please note: This is a remote, contract-based position based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be working local hours of 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce regular reports on prospecting and pipeline activities, summarizing key findings and opportunities for improvement. Utilize Salesforce and Hubspot for CRM activities and keep all relevant info up to date.

  • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify accounts using the latest technology and basic tools like Google, LinkedIn, and more. Build and maintain prospect lists and pipelines based on specific criteria.

  • Communication & Coordination: Use emails or LinkedIn messages to connect with prospects, schedule follow-up actions, and work closely with our nonprofit team to explore new strategies.

  • Automation & Efficiency: Explore and utilize tools to automate lead generation processes, or work collaboratively with the team to learn and implement new automation strategies, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptation.

 

Qualifications


    • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation email prospecting, or related research activities

    • 2+ years experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo.io, or any related CRM and lead generation tools 

    • Basic sales techniques to track, manage, and convert leads efficiently

    • Experience building cross-channel digital marketing campaigns is required

    • Professional experience to support research and organization of leads and identify high-quality prospects for the sales team

    • Written and spoken proficiency in English

    • Experience using Salesforce strongly preferred keeping info up to date in CRM

    • Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements

    • Experience with or a strong desire to learn about tools and technologies that automate lead generation processes. 

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay motivated working remotely

    • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment 

    • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology
