Operations Associate, Account Management (Remote)

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Operations Associate, Account Management to join our team remotely. The Operations Associate, Account Management will play a key role in executing operations to help effectively and efficiently serve our corporate partners.  The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the account management team to meet the ongoing needs of our corporate partners

  • Understand and refine current practices in order to enhance productivity in facilitating corporate partner requests

  • Build renewal and expansion proposals with client-specific information

  • Support account calls and work with account managers on appropriate follow-up materials and scheduling

  • Assist with creation and distribution of event-related materials including pre-event briefings, event schedules, and post-event reports

  • Provide research and relevant information regarding corporate partner news, org changes, and potential new uses cases within existing client companies

 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management support, or operations

  • Experience using Salesforce to improve efficiency across operations

  • Comfortable and confident in client-facing communications

  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage multiple projects on tight timelines

  • Familiar with and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running
