Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Operations Coordinator, Supply Team to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining our content unit experience library and supplier database. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day operational tasks but also continuously refine and enhance the systems that drive these operations. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.
Please note: This remote role is a contract position (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) that is based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will work from 4 am Eastern time to 12 pm Eastern time. There is some flexibility with the schedule.

Responsibilities:
Supplier Information Management: Create and maintain a system to ensure our supplier database is always up-to-date with accurate information. This includes regularly updating details for existing suppliers and adding new ones as needed.
Experience Content Unit Library: Develop and manage a system to keep our experience content unit library current, ensuring it reflects the latest information from suppliers. Add new content units to the library as they become available.
Information Management: Implement systems to regularly monitor and verify that both the supplier database and the content unit library are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Experience Readiness: Oversee and update details for upcoming bookings, coordinating with the team to prepare experience content units and ensure they’re ready on time.
Process Optimization: Streamline and improve departmental systems and workflows using tools like Salesforce, Jotform, and Monday.com to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Project Management: Lead and implement special projects with the Supply Operations team, focusing on developing new systems and improving existing processes.
Reporting & Data Visualization: Use Salesforce or other tools to generate reports, create data visualizations, and support data-driven decision-making within the team.
Resource Development: Create and maintain a data map, resource library, playbooks, and other tools to ensure easy access to important resources and improve team efficiency.
General Operational Support: Assist with other operational tasks as needed, supporting the evolving needs of the team and department
Qualifications:
Fluency in English is required for this role
2+ years of professional experience with information management in a similar capacity is required
Ability to build reports and dashboards in Salesforce is preferred
Ability to take initiative in ambiguous situations, suggest next steps, keep projects moving, and think of what action items can be taken to do so
Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple daily tasks
Comfortable asking clarifying questions about designated tasks or systems
Attitude of problem-solving and creativity, with a keen eye for process issues and excitement about starting new projects to address them.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills when communicating within and across departments
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
