Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee full-cycle recruiting and create strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.
Please note: This is a remote contract role (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) Mexico-based. The work schedule is 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
Implement and improve recruiting systems and processes, including ATS configuration, automations, and reporting (Workable experience is a plus).
Design and manage interview workflows, scorecards, and selection processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
Track hiring metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations to improve pipeline efficiency and quality of hire.
Act as a project coordinator for people-related initiatives, including employer branding, onboarding, and documentation systems.
Assist in developing and maintaining HR processes, documentation, and compliance protocols.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs and drive alignment across departments.
Support culture-building initiatives and ensure new hires have an excellent onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
Strong project management skills, managing timelines, priorities, and dependencies across teams.
Proficient in using recruiting and HR systems (ATS, HRIS); data-driven with a knack for streamlining operations.
Understanding human resources processes such as onboarding and employee engagement is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
