Please note: This remote role is a contract position (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) that is based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will work from 4 am Eastern time to 12 pm Eastern time. There is some flexibility with the schedule.

Responsibilities 

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing data and ensuring accuracy in complex systems? Join our team as a Data Quality Specialist, where you will play a critical role in ensuring our social impact events run smoothly and efficiently.


In this position, you will work with large datasets to support event preparation, participant management, and quality assurance. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our events, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and their communities. Event Data Management

  • Upload event details to platforms in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Perform quality control (QC) to external platforms, ensuring event pages contain accurate information, including location updates, links, and other relevant details.

  • Make necessary edits and updates to event pages to reflect changes or client needs.


Participant Data Management

  • Download registrant lists from external systems and upload them to Visit platform platform.

  • Manage data uploads with varying frequencies per event.


Quality Assurance

  • Conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness across systems.

  • Review reports to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is required for this role

  • 2+ years of professional experience with information management in a similar capacity is required

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills when communicating within and across departments

  • Typing certification for 55 WPM 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
