Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Talent Acquisition Associate, to join our remote team. The Talent Acquisition Associate will oversee full-cycle recruiting and create strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.
Please note: This is a remote contract role (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) Philippines-based. The work schedule is 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Responsibilities:
Focus on full life cycle sourcing and recruiting for various departments
Manage all phases of recruitment, including sourcing and developing a talent pipeline
Provide exceptional candidate experience as you host candidates throughout the interview process
Plan interview and selection procedures including creating interview scorecards
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates
Perform other admin duties as assigned
Assist with onboarding
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years experience as a Recruiter, ideally in a high-volume environment
Understanding of the recruitment process
Excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and an ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced company that is going through substantial growth
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Interview and assessment skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities in recruiting for multiple functions and level roles
High comfort level using different applicant tracking systems, FreshTeam a plus
Utilize a variety of recruiting channels to identify and attract top talent
Manage the full recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
A focus on Inclusion & Diversity in all aspects of sourcing and attracting talent
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
