Sr. Manager Data Analytics (Remote)

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Sr. Manager Data Analytics to join our remote team. The  Sr. Manager Data Analytics will Partner cross-functionally to develop relevant and defensible metrics and KPIs that drive and track business strategy.  The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

  • Partner cross-functionally to develop relevant and defensible metrics and KPIs that drive and track business strategy. 
  • Build a team to create and support datasets, dashboards, metrics, and KPIs supporting business goals
  • Apply a range of analytical approaches, from back-of-envelope approximations to what-if scenarios, to deep dives, uncovering patterns, identifying trends, and new opportunities.
  • You have a passion for manipulating large volumes of data, building dashboards, and have a consistent focus on efficiency
  • will work in a project team-oriented and dynamic environment which will require working closely with other teams and adjusting to new developments as they arise


  • 6+ years expertise in data science and/or data analytics, and experience leading analytics teams that have delivered business value
  • Familiarity with analytical tools and statistical methods and a clear understanding of the capabilities and limitations of various techniques
  • Ability to distill business requirements and asks down to a core problem and drive value with data insights and analysis
  • Collaborate effectively with others building relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Clear, concise, accurate communication (both verbal and written) with audiences of varying technical abilities and business contexts
  • Expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics
  • Passion for data-driven research and inquiry
  • Strong presentation skills and effective communication
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology
