The Marketing Manager will deliver effective content marketing strategies and editorial plans to meet the business objectives in the most efficient manner. Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective content strategies that articulate our company’s core benefits.
Contribute original ideas and storytelling techniques to influence how we communicate our brand and tell our story in a new and fresh way.
Produce high-quality articles, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports, video and social media content.
Create copy or edit existing copy to improve SEO performance.
Manage content contractors to complete projects, ensuring their work is consistent in tone, aligns to company level positioning and is completed on time.
Work closely with the creative and production teams to strategize ideas for marketing materials and programs; guide the team on video/photography content production.
Understand the product, our business, and the competitive landscape.
Provide support on projects and training for the team where required.
4+ years of Creative Writing, English or Communications or similar experience.
5+ years of experience in marketing with a particular focus on content; some high-growth operations or startup experience and growing brands at top companies and with consumer brands that have a global impact.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance multiple projects effectively.
Writes compelling content to inform, evoke emotional response and drive audience action.
Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to experiment in order to learn and identify creative solutions to problems.
Comfortable with ambiguity: We are a fast-growing business that is going through an exciting period of change. The individual coming into this role should be comfortable with some ‘unknowns’ and relish the prospect of shaping future thinking.
