Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Talent Sourcer to join our remote team. The Talent Sourcer will create sourcing strategies to help us find talented and motivated technical and non-technical candidates. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

Build connections, research, implement and maintain effective sourcing strategies.
Proactively identify new ways to source qualified professionals.
Commitment to Inclusion & Diversity in all aspects of sourcing and attracting talent.
Review profiles, conduct initial screenings, and pre-qualify talent.
Compose compelling outreach to engage talent for opportunities.
Maintain database to track and update changes to professionals’ profiles.
Assist in scheduling and participating in successfully onboarding new hires.
2+ years of experience sourcing technical and non-technical talent within a recruiting agency or high-growth start-up preferred.
Experienced in various sourcing tools, boolean searching, and the ability to creatively source.
Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with ATS and CRM systems.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
