Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Technical Recruiter to join our remote team. The Technical Recruiter will ensure we’re poised to hire the absolute best Engineers, Product, and Design team members to drive our mission forward. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

Focus on growing our engineering, product, and design teams.
Manage all phases of sourcing projects/pipelines, including developing a comprehensive sourcing strategy.
Provide exceptional candidate experience as you host candidates throughout the interview process.
Translate business needs into strategic initiatives and drive quantifiable outcomes.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, and assessments.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Conduct a smooth and welcoming onboarding process by proactively communicating expectations and collaborating with the internal teams and candidates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting.
Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
Excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and an ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced company that is going through substantial growth.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Interview and assessment skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities recruiting for multiple functions and level roles.
